Hitohira Tanaka Kyuzo | 165 Petty Knife (Blue #1) - Extra Height (NOS)
This likely needs no introduction. One of our all-time favourite Petty knives.
These are new old stock (NOS) we were keeping for another project, but have decided to release them now instead. Some signs of age, although minor. The two B-Finish available have small handling scratches present, some (all? :)) handmade knives will likely have these, but these two are more prominent than normal.
Knife is not likely pictured. Six are being released, almost all handles are light-coloured horn, the darker one has some light streaks.

Japanese Kitchen Knife | Petty & Paring Knives
Petty knives are narrow but can range quite widely in length, from smaller profiles that can be used as paring knives, through to longer models that verge on Sujihiki (Japanese slicing knives). Whatever size you choose, the petty knife is extremely useful in the kitchen, the perfect partner to your Gyuto.
