We are passionate about our customers, and stand by our products.
If the product is not as expected, or correct for your application (and it has not been used) you can return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
All "change of mind" returns must be in original, new condition (including packaging and accessories). We cannot accept utensils for return if they have been used, even once.
Repairs...
We provide warranty on all products over and above Consumer Law. For manufacturer defect, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped at our expense.
Chips, cracks and rust are generally not covered under manufacturer warranty. We recommend Hiroko in Sydney, or Kaz in Melbourne for non-warranty repair.
