Returns...
If the product is not as expected, or correct for your application (and it has not been used) we may accept a return for refund, exchange or store credit within 30 days. Please email us to discuss.
This is with the exception of saya (wood sheaths). Saya are custom modified before shipment and cannot be resold. There is also health allergy risks reselling saya due to contamination. We cannot accept change of mind returns on saya as a result.
If confirmed by us, change of mind returns must be in original, new condition (including packaging and accessories). We cannot accept products for return if they have been used, even once.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for this type of return. We will cover costs for manufacturer faults of course.
Repairs...
We provide warranty on all products over and above Consumer Law. For manufacturer defect, the product will be repaired or replaced and shipped at our expense.
Chips, cracks and rust are generally not covered under manufacturer warranty.
We recommend Hiroko in Sydney, or Kaz in Melbourne for non-warranty repair.
