The Nigiri is a Japanese miniature shear that is a coveted style of mini scissor within the tailor and dressmaking environments. Although they work great for these tasks, they have found their way into many kitchens worldwide as "herb scissors". As well as herbs, they also work well when trussing, trimming and many general kitchen tasks, a great tool to have at hand during cooking.
