We agree this is certainly the "gateway drug" of Japanese knives. One of the best entry-level examples, it’s easy to maintain, super comfortable, and performs at level much higher than its price tag suggests.
We have many top chefs using these knives, including some from Noma, and importantly, owner Paul’s mum has a whole set. What better recommendation than that?
