Covering our new Sydney store and extended range of Japanese hand-tools, The Australian Wood Review explores ProTooling’s origins with “the first saw and chisel I [owner, Paul Tayar] bought in Japan. These tools were worlds apart from those in the chain tool shops at the time, and outperformed items which cost a lot more … The entire business began with my desire for products I was seeing in Japan that I could not access in Australia.”
