Sukenari's forging and grind is impressive and this damascus knife is certainly no exception. Hand crafted from R2/SG2 stainless steel, it sits beautifully in hand, thin behind the edge with a little weight on the spine.
This profile is seldom seen, a hybrid gyuto and sujihiki it makes an excellent service or prep knife. High performance slicing but also capable of general duties.
