Hand crafted in Sanjo Japan with Blue Super carbon steel, these damascus steel knives are amazing value. We managed to get a shipment at a much lower price than normal, this can't be repeated. The grind is a little thicker than some (normal for Sanjo region), great workhorse grind or introduction to carbon.
