These whetstones are made for sharpening shaped or curved woodworking tools such as carving knives or chisels. With multiple tapered round concave and convex shapes, grooves and a flat back it allows sharpening of many types of tools that would not be possible with normal whetstones.

 

This new variant is supplied with a rubber base for the whetstone and an eraser for removing light rust or grime.
