Hand-forged by famed Tokyo blacksmith, these knives represent some of highest levels of sharpness potential possible. Standard finish and fine fine now available, fine finish is hand sharpened on natural whetstones by the masters at Morihei. Standard finish is not as sharp out of the box but easily sharpens up.
