From Toyama prefecture Japan, Sukenari is a traditional, yet innovative, blacksmith operated by the 2nd and 3rd generation of Master Hanaki Toukichi.
Master Hanaki Toukichi formed Sukenari in 1933 after apprenticing with the famed Masamoto.
Heat treatment and grind are consistently very high, their knives approach the highest levels of sharpness and performance.
