Hitohira Kikuchiyo Mosuke (Ginsan) | 285 Yanagiba Knife
Crafted in Sakai Japan by renowned blacksmith Kikuchiyo and sharpened by the talented Mosuke, this Yanagiba knife is a rare find in Ginsan (stainless) steel. We rarely (ever?) see knives this size, in-between the 2 most popular sizes 270 and 300. Supplied with timber saya.
There is a slight mark on the blade and the buffalo has some inclusions (see pictures), nothing major but we need to mention of course. It has been discounted accordingly. 1 Only, pictured here.
