Sourced from a closed supplier in Seki city, this new old stock kitchen knife has been waiting decades to see the light of day. Made from SK high carbon steel which is easy to sharpen and retains a very sharp edge. An absolute bargain at this price, limited stock.

Traditional Japanese Knife | Honesuki Knife

The honesuki knife is the Japanese version of a boning knife. They differ in shape to their western counterparts, as well as having a more rigid blade. These knives are mainly useful for poultry boning, but are also great as a utility or petty knife. There are single bevel variants of the honesuki knife like this example here, we mainly carry double bevel grinds suitable for left and right hand use.
