This is a great little tool, the Morihei Kurouchi Oyster Knife. Many professionals find this style of oyster shucker to be far superior to the shuckers we find in the west, the tip can be a little thin for Sydney Rock Oysters, we'd recommend our seki shuckers if you're worried about breaking this
